Blast from the past.

Norway, Bergen (2010)
Vision & Inspiration: Bryggen, the old wharf of Bergen, is a charming collection of wooden houses with a rich history to it. As I snapped away, I was pleasantly reminded of the kind of houses I would draw as a kid; triangular roof with lots of windows. That was a nice blast from the past. Alvin and I had a lovely stroll along the wharf that day. We walked by the wharf at different times, and as the light changes, the colour of the houses changes too. And needless to say, witnessing sunset was definitely the icing on the cake.

Vision & Inspiration: I absolutely adore the feeling of being somewhere high up and having a bird’s eye view of everything beneath. When I am up there, I get to see a bigger picture. Perspective changes, horizons widens. That’s the same for life ain’t it?

Vision & Inspiration: After dinner, Alvin and I took a slow walk along the Hanseatic Wharf. With the sun setting right in front of our eyes, we took a moment to appreciate and enjoy the beauty around us. The simple pleasures in life just work wonders for your soul.
